The EPDM strip is a light, waterproof, elastic elastomer membrane. Its formulation was developed to meet the requirements for waterproofing façades.

EPDM strips
The Flexirub EPDM strip for façades is a rubber-based elastomer waterproofing membrane, EPDM 1 mm, which guarantees a high water vapour transmission factor. The EPDM strip has a 2-sided textile footprint so as to obtain maximum adhesion to the support. It can be put in place with adhesive or mastic depending on the support on which this waterproofing membrane is placed.1 mm membrane

EPDM/Butyl strips
The self-adhesive EPDM/Butyl strip for façades from Flexirub is a waterproofing strip made up of one 1 mm thick layer of EPDM and one adhesive layer of 0.6 mm thick Butyl. The combination of EPDM and Butyl makes it possible to obtain a 1.6 mm thick waterproofing strip with an exceptional water vapour transmission factor. EPDM levelling course strips
The Flexirub EPDM levelling course strip is an EPDM rubber-based elastomer waterproofing membrane. It is recommended for any type of partition and underground wall, and is a safe, perfectly waterproof protection, which prevents rising damp and absorption of water in the load-bearing walls. Flexirub has developed a complete system to protect façades, windows and walls against water, bad weather, and damp and also to guarantee perfect airtightness.
The waterproofing strips are recommended for all waterproofing finishing work. They are studied and designed to provide perfect air-and water-tightness. Furthermore, the EPDM/butyl strip is particularly suitable for this application, particularly in the context of RT2012. The EPDM and EPDM/butyl waterproofing strips will make it possible to create a real barrier in the façades to:- Water rising by capillarity (levelling course strip)
- Water penetration into the building (waterproofing under cladding)
- Air entering the structure (tightness of joinery work)
Watertightness under cladding
EPDM strips are ideal for incorporating into metal or concrete constructions. The EPDM strips are placed between the metal wall and the cladding (wood, metal, etc.).Levelling course strip
EPDM levelling course strips are ideal for cutting off rising damp by capillarity and ensuring impermeability to air and wind. In the case of a house with a wood frame, the strip is put in place between the walls of the basement and the sill plate of the wooden structure.Impermeability of joinery work
When placed around the joinery work the EPDM strips make it possible to guarantee the air- and water-tightness of a construction. Where there is insulation by the exterior, the insulation covers the EPDM strips fixed around the joinery work.

This drainage liner is a geocomposite consisting of a tridimensional polypropylene strands sandwiched between two thermomolded filtering geotextile layers. It performs all of the following 3 functions: drainage, separation and filtration.DRAINAGE LINER

It is ideally used as part of the geomembrane waterproofing system. The drainage liner separates two materials and acts as a drain for a fluid or gas even in a high pressure environment and/or with a low gradient. It can replace or add to a gravel filter bed. Requires careful installation: be careful not to crush the filter, avoid countersloping, ensure continuity and make sure the filter is well covered.ROOFING VAPOR BARRIER
This vapor-barrier film is a synthetic film manufactured by polyethylene granule extrusion. The film is EC certified according to standard NF EN 13984 and has been designed for use in CULTISOL made-to-measure EPDM waterproofing installations. It avoids condensation in the waterproofing materials, in particular in insulation panels.
It is laid down on the flat roof substrate material (concrete, wood or metal). It must be placed on the warm side of the insulation panel. Double-sided adhesive is used to put in place the 10 cm cover and finishings..EPDM CORNER GUARDS

The rainwater drain is made of stamped, folded aluminum. It is specially designed for use with CULTISOL customized EPDM membranes.
Drains are set into the roof material (stone, concrete, wood, or metal)to ensure rainwater runoff from flat roofs. The crimp seal system means it can be easily and securely installed on the spot.ADJUSTABLE ALUMINIUM LEAF GUARD
This adjustable leaf guard is made of aluminum wire. It is specially designed for use with CULTISOL rainwater downpipes.
They must be positioned over each rainwater downpipe or overflow to avoid clogging by leaves, branches and other rooftop debris. Available in several easy-to-fit diameters.GALVANIZED STEEL GRAVEL GUARD
This gravel guard is made of galvanized steel. It is specially designed to protect rainwater downpipes against loose dirt and gravel.
They must be positioned over each rainwater downpipe to prevent them being clogged by gravel used as ballast with CULTISOL madeto- measure EPDM membranes.EPDM RAINWATER DRAIN
The rainwater drain consists of a rigid PVC pipe (or sleeve) and an EPDM membrane flange. The two components are assembled using a special heat welding technique. Supplied in standard 90, 110 and 125 mm dimensions.

WATERPROOF FLANGE COLLAR
The waterproof flange collar is the only 100% waterproof solution on the market.
